Blachford acquires JemPak's Metallic Stearate division.
April, 2008.
H.L. Blachford Ltd. and GemPak GK Inc. are pleased to announce than an agreement has been reached for Blachford to acquire JemPak's Oakville based Metallic Stearate division. The acquisition of the JemPak GK Stearate business by Blachford will expand the range of Stearates which Blachford currently markets.
Blachford will acquire the business and relocate the stearate manufacturing equipment strategically throughout Blachford's three North American sites.
The transition of the JemPak GK stearate business over to Blachford will begin immediatley and will be structured to ensure that clients are not negativey affected.
