 Lubricants
We are a major manufacturer of high-quality calcium stearate, which is used in large quantities as a lubricant in the processing of PVC pipe, siding and conduit. It is also used when processing polypropylene and some synthetic rubbers.
We manufacture other lubricants, such as zinc stearate, which is used as an internal release agent for molded polyesters, phenolics, and urethanes. Another application includes use as a dispersing agent for pigments in plastics.
Many of our lubricants and process aids are sold under the registered trademark Chemlube®.
